- Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code 238390 for this synopsis/solicitation is Size Standard $12 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BTBQ5213A100 is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-5, Effective 27 July 2005. The Government intends to award one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) for Systems Furniture (refurbished) and carpet installation for the 66th Services Squadron in Building 1305, 2nd Floor in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Floor Plan and Product List. The SOW, Government supplied floor plan, and product list are available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Page, www.fedbizopps.gov for this combined synopsis/solicitation under, "Other Files". Quantity and Unit of Measure: 1 Lot; Desired Period of Performance: To be determined, usually 30 day period ADC (Note: requirement subject to availability of funds). FOB and Inspection/Acceptance: Destination.
