Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This purchase is set aside for a small business in accordance with 13.003(a) (3) and 19.502-2(a). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DCN 20050726. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Pointwise, Inc. The supplies required are manufactured from only one source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This RFQ has the attached line item(s) in which the proposals must price each line item listed (all or none): Gridgen Sofware License + Maintenance The period of performance is from 26 July 2005 to 31 May 2006 (Reinstatement fees may apply). Ship to: Rick Balonier AFRL/VAOO 2130 Eighth St., Area B, Bldg 45, Rm 051 Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-7802 Delivery required by 28 September 2005, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.232-7003, and 252.232-7010 shall be included with any offer. In accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(2), the Government may award without discussions.
