- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to WV Communications, Inc., 1176 Tourmaline Drive, Newbury Park, CA 91320. This acquisition shall acquire materials for the upgrade of an existing flight termination system that will support the following upcoming programs. The X-37 Program and future Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (UCAV) Projects. The upgrades will consist of: 1. One IRIG/Secure Command Control Receiver unit 2. Two 20-watt IRIG Command Tone/Secure Tone Encoders with integrated RF Exciter units. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements, may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government technical representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, to be considered in this sources sought, please provide information regarding performance in recent and relevant contracts, commercial or government, with points of contacts for each.
