- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 05TC399. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 and DFARS change notice 20060606. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334119. The size standard is 1,000 employees. This request is subject to the availability of funds. The contractor shall provide the following items: Sound-craft Systems Presenter Lectern #3636V veneer 9 each Recessed Monitor Mount 15? monitor 9 each Keyboard drawer with lock 9 each Cooling Fan 9 each Euro Hinged Doors (2) with lock 9 each Please include Payment Terms, FOB Destination, Quote Must Be Valid Through 1 Oct 05, Availability, and How Long It Will Take To Ship To LACKLAND AFB, TX and please include installation charges. The provisions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation.
