- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0511 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423110 and small business size standard 500 Employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: John Deere Gator TH 6X4--Standard Series 6X4 Diesel Gator, Include Hardtop canopy flat, Windshield and wiper, Deluxe cab Kit, Backup alarm, Seat belts, Hourglass meter, light, horn, rear hitch with pental Hook, Vehicle cover, Bedliner, Front Brush Guard, Full Windscreen, Front Bumper, Exterior Mirrors, Deluxe Light Kit, Brake/Tail light kit, Front work lights, Cab Vinyl Doors, Gauge Package, Battery maintainer, High Capacity Alternator Kit, Heavy duty Front suspension kit, Cup holder, Tire Chains, Gun Boot IV or Equal. (vii) Delivery and acceptance should be taken prior to 60 days ARO (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, or complete on ORCA website: http://orca.bpu.gov/ with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
