- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting firm fixed price quotations to provide medical gases such as but not limited to liquid nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and oxygen for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 324 East ?H? Street, Iron Mountain, Michigan. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with four additional one-year option years. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2005. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 7, 2005. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. NAICS number is 325120 with a small business size standard of one thousand employees. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
