- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Corporate Executive Board Company, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW Suite 6000, Washington DC 20006. This procurement will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This procurement is for access to the CIO Executive Board with unlimited unrestricted access for all DEA employees to a website for research/networking/decision support tools. The Corporate Executive Board Company is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. The period of performance is 12 months. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
