- DHHS/PSC/Federal Occupational Health (FOH) is seeking, on behalf of one of their largest customers, an individual to provide full-time contract services as a Workplace Improvement Analyst (WIA) on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina. The WIA is needed to analyze data regarding workplace climate and develop and lead projects for effective interventions. The qualified individual must have a graduate degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management with an OD specialty, MBA with an OD or HR focus, or a graduate degree in an area of applied behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university. In addition, the individual should have 5 years previous work experience in organizational behavior, organizational development and change theories.
