- NETL intends to issue a sole source contract to Emission Solutions, Inc. for the purpose of demonstrating a specific diesel-to-LPG engine repowering technology system under the auspices of the DOE/NETL PASA USAID. Its primary purpose is to demonstrate the viability of the system as a measure to promote the use of clean alternative fuels in transportation for pollution reduction and clean air in India.
