- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Veterinary Services Laboratories, Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory intends to negotiate solely with Agilent Technologies for microarrays for use with an existing Agilent 4200Al-4laser scanner. The custom microarrays will be used in a collaborating study for diagnostic assay of virus identification. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide these items must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company?s capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 5 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
