- NSN: 1560-01-530-4533, 1560-01-530-4224, 1560-01-530-4211, and 1560-01-530-4521. Windshield Laminate Kit. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Requested delivery is 130 DARO. This kit is coded commercial and is being procured under simplified acquisition procedures. These kits are a critical application items. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order and is being solicited as a Unrestricted, set aside, full and open competition competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
