- NSN: 1660-00-605-1866, Fitting, Pressure Line, Part Number B69-27, PR: RD051940010000. Total annual estimated quantity (AEQ) is 103 each. Solicitation will include a base year plus four option years. FOB Destination inspection required. Inspection & Acceptance at Destination. There is one approved acceptable source of supply: Whittaker Controls. (Cage 79318). Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Government's required delivery schedule is 104 DARO for Stock. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. The solicitation issue date is on or about 3 Oct 05.
