- PR No. RE05231003; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Lubricating Oil, Engine, unit drum contains 55 gallons. Re-refined oil in accordance with SAE SPEC SAE-J-2362. Type Number 10W-30. Solicitation will be for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and 2 option years. The Base Year Estimated and Maximum Quantity is 990 Drums. Guaranteed Minimum Qty for the Base Year Only is 198 Drums. Maximum Contract Quantity is 1386 Drums. Option years are subject to the Economic Price Adjustment. Terms are FOB DESTINATION; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Delivery is requested at 30 days. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
