- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation F1N4C15074A100 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 812320 and the business size is 4.0 million. The contractor shall provide the following: Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform the following service: Weighing, Sterilizing, Drying, counting and wrapping of 14 MDG soiled linen items weekly to prevent infection and contamination. Period of performance from 1 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06. Laundry services for 14MDG is IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).
