- Description
- UNICOR, FPI intends to issue a solicitation as a Request for Proposal for the construction of a UNICOR Warehouse at FCC Allenwood, PA to accommodate the mission of UNICOR’s Furniture factory. This project shall be accomplished via the design and build method. The Contractor shall provide full design, engineering and construction services necessary to complete an operational warehouse. The estimated period of performance for this project is six months. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources submitting offers in response to this solicitation shall be considered. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about August 30, 2004. No telephone requests for copies of this solicitation will be honored. All interested parties shall retrieve a copy of the solicitation which is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunities page. One original signed copy of the solicitation complete with all required forms shall be completed in its entirety ad mailed to UNICOR, FPI, ISC/Procurement Branch - 7th Floor, Rm 7042, 400 First Street, NW, Washington, DC 20534. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-AUG-2004).
