- This procurement is for marine dry dock dogs. The proposed procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The NAICS code is 332999, and the size standard is 500 employees. All eligible and responsible small business sources may submit an offer. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about 7 September 05 via the Internet at the following addresses: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
