- Integrated Warning Caution Advisory (Voice) (IWCA(V)) Fixes for existing Integrated Warning Caution Advisory Voice (IWCA(V)) Cascading Alters Issue in support of the SIRFC Program, Contract USZA95-02-C-0009, for MH-47 and MH-60 Special Operations Aircraft. The intended source of supply/service is ITT Industries (Avionics), 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ, 07014. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements?.
