- Anticipated Issue date: October 3, 2005. Delivery date: June 1, 2005. This acquisition is for a variety of potted plants and foliages to be furnished year round for resale, to include seasonal and holiday items for the following Defense Commissaries: Fort Eustis, Little Creek NAB, Langley AFB, Norfolk NS, Oceana NAS and Portsmouth NNSY, Virginia. The contractor shall deliver, stock replenish, maintain and care for the plants, and for the appearance of their designated area. Performance will be for a base year plus two option years. All requests for a copy of the solicitation must be in writing and should include the solicitation number as well as a complete name and address of the firm, business size status, point of contact, phone and facsimile numbers of the requester or their designated representative.
