- The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to clean internally and externally, lubricate and adjust a total of 73 Scientific Balances and Calibration Weights; perform all applicable factory accuracy tests including, but not limited to, corner load, linearity, hysteresis and calibration. All calibration weights shall be NIST traceable; supply a certificate of calibration for each balance serviced. The certificate shall show the NIST certificate reference number which has been assigned to the Contractor and the following information on any weights used for balance calibration: manufacturer, description, serial number, date of last calibration and date when next calibration is due.
