- This requirement is in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-05-T-0113. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-05. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 and has a size standard of $6,000,000. Our requirements are: CLIN 0001: On site calibrations services, for period of performance 1 October 05 to 30 September 06 in accordance with attached Statement of Work. The Statement of Work and Attachments are available for download at thefollowing website: http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/solicitation.htm. CLIN 0002 Option Year 1 for on site calibration services period of performance 1 October 06 to 30 September 07; CLIN 0003 Option Year 2; CLIN 0004 Option year 3 for on site calibration services period of performance 1 October 08 to 30 September 09; CLIN 0005 Option year 4 for on site calibration services period of performance 1 October 09 to 30 September 10. All work shall be accomplished on NUWC Keyport and Keyport Ordnance Annex on Naval Submarine Base Bangor. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Offerors must meet the standard for FAR 9.104. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1)complete the pricing providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all Representations and Certifications, DUNs Number information, and Buy American Act information found in the above clauses. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of this RFQ / amendments will be mailed.
