- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The following amendment is issued (1) to extend the closing date of NSWCDD Request for Quote N00178-05-Q-1231 to 7 September 2005, (2) Deletes the following statement: This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business and FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUL 1996) is applicable. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged, and (3) Attachment 1 on the synopsis is being replaced with Attachment 1 (Revised). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
