- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with BAE SYSTEMS Aerospace Electronics, Inc., 305 Richardson Road, Lansdale, PA 19446, for a maximum ceiling amount of $4,494,610. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options from date of award, which was 20 September 2002. The BOA includes line items for repairs and or upgrades of the following: Servo Analog CCA P/N 4240209, Processor/Digital Interface P/N 4240210, RF Driver Assembly P/N 4240305, High Voltage Module P/N 4240322, Driver Control/Power Processor P/N 4240324, Power Line Rectifier P/N 4240325, Logic CCA P/N 4240345, Transmitter Connector P/N 4240354, Housekeeping CCA P/N 4240359, BIT Module P/N 4240955 and Interconnect CCA P/N 4240212. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of order! s that may be issued by NSWC Crane Division under the BOA for a one-year period (Option Year 1). Individual orders issued by NSWC Crane Division will specify the requirements and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquires will be considered by this Agency. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
