- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Div (NSCWCD) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with MTS Systems Corp. of Eden Prairie, MN. The contractor will provide the following services: Repair, Maintenance, Recalibration, and perform Factory exchanges on MTS manufactured hydraulic equipment. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Only one (1) responsible supplier and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of Far 6.302.1.
