- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number to be referenced for this acquisition is RFQ# W15QKN-05-T-0826. This acquisition is a small business set-aside, the NAICS is 517310. All the equipment listed within this solicitation is required to be CISCO Certified and must be new equipment. ???Refurbished??? equipment is not acceptable for this effort. Smart-UPS RT 192V Battery Pack, Part Number SURT192XLBP, Quantity 6. 7914 IP Phone Expansion Module, Part Number CP-7914=, Quantity 1. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ??? Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ??? Commercial Items. The Government shall award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
