- This announcement is published as unrestricted utilizing FAR Part 12. The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for Medical/Dental Vacuum Inlet Testing using NAICS Code 811219, agency need is for a maintenance/service contract on the medical/dental gas vacuum inlet/outlet system, for the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. This is a firm fixed price contract and this acquisition is advertised as unrestricted. The contractor shall test and certify all medical/dental Vacuum inlets/outlets, located in bldg. 111; the contract shall also include repairs to medical/dental vacuum inlet/outlets. Vendors that believe they can meet the VA Milwaukee, WI. needs must furnish product information and references to this office no later than 12:00 PM on September 13, 2005. Offers are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the offeror representations and certifications commercial items.
