Description

Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the VA Medical Center, located at 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA 31021. The VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Diversified Pharmacy Services, Inc located at 635 Oglethorpe St., Macon, GA 31201 to provide delivery of radiopharmaceutical isotopes on an as needed basis in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. Supplies to be furnished include but are not limited to, Bulk TC99m in a vial; Xenon-33; Pyrophosphate; Sulfur Colloid; Cardiolite, 22MCI; Thallium-201; Pulmolite, MAA; Diagnostic I-123 Capsules; Choletec; Medronate MDP, DTPA; and RBC Ultra-Tag Kit. All deliveries shall be made by 7:00AM EST on date specified at time of order and pick up any generated radioactive waste on a routine daily basis. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet this requirement. Interested parties have until September 26, 2005 to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. If there are no responses to this notice within the time designated, negotiations will commence with Diversified Pharmacy Services, Inc.
