- Description
- This is a commercial item acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This acquisition is for Janitorial Services to be performed at the VA Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic (OSAC) in Florida. Services will include cleaning of lobbies, administrative and clinical areas, public/staff restrooms, waiting areas. Services are to be provided from 5.00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. However, a contractor?s representative shall be at the Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic (OSAC) 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contract period will consist of a base period plus one option year. This procurement will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, NAICS Code 561720, and size $14.00 mil. The electronic solicitation may be downloaded on http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the BOS website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Miami, FL.
