- This synopsizes SP4400-05-R-0020 non-personal services for parts washers and paint sprayers leasing and service and service of existing parts washers and paint sprayers at Warner Robins AFB. This solicitation will be issued on or about September 15, 2005. The approximate closing date is October 17, 2005. This is for full and open competition. The NAICS is 562211. This RFP will result in a commercial, IDIQ contract for an 18-month base period and two 18-month options. Performance will be requested by issuance of task orders. Special qualifications: Prospective contractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, recycling and disposal when necessary of hazardous materials. Per FAR 52.237-1, SITE VISIT, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for claim after contract award. Prior to award, awardee must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration per DFAR 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. The final contract award will be based on a combination of past performance and price factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation can be found at www.drms.dla.mil when posted.
