- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center is seeking qualified machine shops capable of fabricating numerous piece parts in support of developing new prototype Pitch Setter boards for the 270' WMEC Main Propulsion Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS), and MPCMS mounting frames. All parts shall be machined/manufactured in accordance with current Coast Guard Specification and Drawings. The Contractor shall be responsible for final assembly of the pitch setter boards at their facility. Delivery shall be required no later than 71 calendar days after the date of award and shall be made via F.O.B. Destination to the Coast Guard Logistics Center, 707 East Ordnance Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 332710, with a size standard of 500 employees. Request for Quotation Number HSCG40-05-Q-60324, the specification and all applicable drawings shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.eps.gov) on or about 6 September 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered for award. The closing date for receipt of quotations shall be 9 September 2005. Quotations received after this deadline shall not be considered.
