- This is a synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 and in accordance with Subpart 5.2 07(c). The Request for Quote Number is HSCEAM-05-Q-00041. This requirement is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition and requires compliance with FAR Clause 52.222-6 Davis-Bacon Act . For the wage determination of the Secretary of Labor applicable to this requirement cited in Clause 52.222-6 (b)(1), please contact Doretta Chiarlone @ 609-813-3409. NOTE ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2005 ONLY - CONTACT MICHELLE CARNEY AT 609-813-3425. Price shall be quoted for the following one time requirement: The Federal Aviation Administration requires wood fence removal (approximately 930 feet), and fence installation. Fence requirement is as follows: -150 sections (1152?) 6?high solid privacy fence (white) -5 X 5 X 9 posts -150 wall with white caps -2 X 6 ? top and bottom rails -1 X 8 T & G boards -(2) 4?width X 6? high single gates w/stainless steel hardware -5? aluminum inserts in gate post NOTE: All posts set with 2080 lb. Concrete mix Fence installation: 120 ft. 4? high solid privacy fence (white) (2) 15? wide X 4? high cantilever gate Quotes shall include the dismantling and disposal of the existing fence and concrete for all posts. No deviations or options to the above requirement are acceptable. Contractor?s proposal must state the pricing includes compliance with the applicable wage determination issued by the Secretary of Labor. Location: William J.
