The Government intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Golden State Flow Measurement, Inc.. for purchase of 1,740 INVENSUS Water Meters for the City of Rosevilles Water Meter R etrofit Program and purchase 3,000 SENSUS METERING SYSTEMS Water Meter Registers with ITRON Pitails for the City of Rosevilles Water Meter Retrofit Program. A decision to standardize associated materials manufacturer is in the best interest of the Govern ment. All responses are due not later than 08 September 2005, 1:00 p.m. local time.
