- Contractor will supply all tools, materials and labor to Renovate the MHP Women's Clinic at the VA Medical Center, St Cloud MN. This includes removal of existing carpet in the cooridor and dayroom. The contractor will remove and install new cabinetry for the Kitchen, install a ceramic tile covered area in front of the kitchen serving area and VCT with base on the floor of the kitchen. Contractor shall provide and install a security camera system to include 10 cameras, two monitors, a digital recorder/switcher and all associated cabeling. The contractor shall install a cross corridor wall with door and lock to separate the Occupational Therapy Clinic from the corridor and provide and install a card access lock with all associated electronics needed to program and operate lock. Electronic copies of solicitation documents may be obtained FREE via the VA Business Opportunities website. Requests for hard copy solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a check for $30.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a non-refundable bid deposit. Only one request for hard copy will be honored per request/contractor. The drawings are in CAD format. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available online. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Issue date is September 1, 2005; Pre-Bid Conference is September 12, 2005 with Bid Opening September 20, 2005. The cost range is $50,000 to $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220. No electronic offers will be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
