- Request for Proposal (RFP) for outreach, admissions and career transition services for youth in the States of Illinois and Wisconsin will be available approximately October 3, 2005, on the World Wide Web at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov and http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/. Job Corps is a program that provides educational and occupational skills training and support services to youth 16 through 24, in a residential setting. RFP No. DOLJ06RA00011 is to provide outreach and admissions for a minimum of 2,165 students annually and Career Transition Services annually for 1,560 Youth returning to the States of Illinois and Wisconsin. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008 plus three unilateral option years. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 230 S. Dearborn, John C. Kluczynski Federal building, Office of Job Corps, 6th floor, Room 676, on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at 10:00am. We recommend that you download the RFP from our website prior to the conference and bring the RFP with you to the conference. All questions should be submitted in writing prior to the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 12:00 pm (noon), Central Standard Time, on Thursday, December 1, 2005, at the following address: U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps, Room 676, 230 S.
