- NSN: 6510-01-499-9285 Wound Pack, Hemostatic Treatment, 3.5 oz Shall be in accordance with MPID No. 1 dated 23 Nov 2004 Total quantity of 28,915 eac to be delivered to the following Defense Depots: 12,981 each - DD San Joaquin 15,934 each - DD New Cumberland This RFQ will be posted to the procurement Gateway on or before 9/6/05. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. From the Gateway homepage, select Search RFQs from the left-hand sidebar.
