- Description
- The SE Regional Contracting Office (SERCO) will issue a Request for Quote for the IMI Node Seeker Control Unit to include the following external/accessory parts: Narrow Tip Gamma Probe: 6.5mm Diameter for TC-99, High-Energy Gamma Probe for FDG and St erile Standard Tip Probe disposable covers. The IMI Node Seeker Control Unit will be utilized for the intraoperative location of the sentinel node for breast, colon, and melanoma cancer and invasive parathyroidectomy at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. The procurement is being conducted as a Commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12 and will be issued as Unrestricted to allow all responsible sources the opportunity to provide an offer for bid to be evaluated by the SE Regional Contracting Office. Offers for bid received will be evaluated to determine the best overall value for the government. The award will contain provisions for issuance of a firm fixed priced purchase order. All offers must conform to the RFQ instructions and be receiv ed by the closing date specified in the RFQ. The anticipated release date of the RFQ is on or about August 31, 2005 with an anticipated offer due date on or about September 8, 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Army to Single Faced Industry (ASF I). It is the offers responsibility to monitor the ASFI Web Site for release of the solicitation and amendments if applicable.
