- The U.S. Geological Survey, Forest and Rangeland Ecosystem Science Center (FRESC) requires a qualified contractor to develop a web-based Emergency Stabilization and Rehabilitation (ESR) Monitoring Database utilizing MSSQL2000 software. The database will facilitate the creation, review, and approval of Initial Emergency Stabilization Plans (IESP) and Emergency Fire Rehabilitation Plans (EFRP) via a web-based interface. The database will be able to calculate summary statistics and print reports according to Bureau of Land Management templates in both Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats. As required by FAR 5.102(a), the forthcoming solicitation (number 06WRQQ0001) will be made available through the Governmentwide point of entry (GPE) at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 13 September 2005.
