Description: This acquisition is for commercial items or services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor and supplies necessary to provide Refuse Collection services at the Wilson Lake Project Office, Sylvan Grove, Kansas. This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The base year period of performance runs from 01 October 2005 to 30 September 2006. The period of performance for Option period 1 runs from 01 October 2006 to 30 September 2007. The period of performance f or option period 2 runs from 01 October 2007 to 30 September 2008. The period of performance for option period 3 runs from 01 October 2008 to 30 September 2009. The period of performance for option period 4 runs from 01 October 2009 to 30 September 2010. T he government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, experience and past performance considered. For evaluation purposes p rice, experience and past performance will all be weighted the same. The standard industrial code is 4953. The NAICS code is 562111.
