- Anniston Army Depot is seeking companies who provide Predictive Maintenance Services and Technologies, and Machinery Health Services for industrial plant equipment and specialized test equipment. Anniston Army Depot has a large industrial complex co ntaining over 5,000 total pieces of equipment used to support production. The types of equipment utilized include blasting equipment, cleaning/finishing equipment, paint booths and drying ovens, conveyors, bridge cranes, dynamometers for engine and transm ission testing, hydraulic component test stands, large machining centers, machine tools (CNC and conventional), electronics and electro-optics test equipment, welding machines and fabrication equipment, heat treating furnaces, heat exchangers, environmenta l systems to include dust/debris collection systems, HVAC, thermal oxidizing systems, industrial ventilation systems, industrial waste treatment systems, compressed air systems, and associated plant equipment. The types of predictive maintenance services and technologies Anniston is interested in include, but are not limited to vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, sonic and ultrasonic analysis, motor analysis, alignment, balancing, establishing a predictive maintenance baseline for equi pment, providing employee training/certification services, and furnishing and maintaining required types of diagnostic test equipment and analysis software. Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, literature, published price lists, POCs for similar type modifications, and an outline of modifications required, not later than close of business 12 Sep 05.
