- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, and utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick , MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with INSYS Limited, Reddings Wood, Ampthill, Bedford, MK45 2HD United Kingdom. This effort is to provide th e Government with license for INSYS CameoSim v5.4 software and technical support. INSYS is the only provider of the CameoSim V5.4 software, which is required to interact with other Government agencies and companies using the same software.
