Description
The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received from interested parties. NOTE: The RFQ due date remains unchanged. Q1: Question about the SOW paragraph 6 Place of Performance, if I am the successful bidder may I work out of my office in Grovetown, GA and use the government facilities at Fort Gordon? A1: You may perform at you office in GA. Government Facilities will o nly be available at Washington DC, The Pentagon. Q2: Does the 25 page limit pertain only to Part 1 of Volume 1, or does it also include the Resumes and Past Performance/Past Experience? A2: The 25 page limit only applies to Vol I, Technical Proposal. The Past Performance and Past Experience limit is 1 0 pages Q3: Should we include our quality control procedures in Volume I, Technical Proposal, Part 1, as part of the 25 pages allowed? A3: The SOW of work is hereby revised and paragraph 8 CONTRACTOR QUALITY CONTROL, is deleted in its entirety. Q4: Is this work or similar work currently being performed for the Army? A4: No Q5: If work is underway, what is the level of effort expended and the expected duration of effort? A5: N/A Q6: Who is the incumbent for any work currently underway, and are they eligible to bid? A6: N/A Q7: Was the Army assisted by a contractor in the preparation of this RFP, and if so, is the preparation contractor eligible to bid? A7: Army was not assisted with the preparation of this SOW. Q8: Will the effort undertaken by the successful bidder be conducted at the Pentagon (excluding the travel to Monterey, CA), or can the work be conducted offsite at the contractors facilities? A8: Work can be done offsite, but visits to the Pentagon for b riefings and progress reports are required Q9: Are clearances required for access to the data necessary to complete this effort? A9: No. Q10: Will transferable capabilities receive favorable consideration under this RFP, or must potential contractors submit proof of econometric studies of Army incentive programs? A10: Potential contractors are required to demonstrate competency in conducting econometric studies.
