- Contractor will provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all work incidental to the clearing of the designated right-of-ways on the Fort Polk military reservation, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, Peason Ridge, and Range Training Areas. The Government is contemplating a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period, with one (1) twelve-month option period. 100% Set Aside for Hubzone business concerns. See Numbered Note 27. Standard I ndustry Code (SIC) for this project is 0783. The NAICS code is 561730.
