- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Fort Bliss Directorate of Contracting is soliciting for a quantity of 20 complete semi-auto AK-A5's, including converted paintball marker, 250 round feeder and Tippmann maintenance kit ; a quantity of 10 E-grip full auto for Ak-A5 and M1-A5; a quantity of 20 A-5 Tac caps; a quantity of 70 M-4-A5 Semi-Auto Complete, including converted paintball marker, 250 round feeder and Tippman Maintenance Kit; a quantity of 70 A-5 tac caps; a quantit y of 12 Browning M2 (MA Duce), complete full-auto paintball gun, including converted paintball marker, 250 round feeder, and Tippmann maintenance kit, long barrell squeege, transit chest and M2 tripod; a quantity of 12 remote air lines, 36 inch long; a qua ntity of 78 20 oz CO2 tanks; a quantity of 12 M2-A5 Caps (feeder to limit the A-5 paintball marker capacity to 30, 40, 0r 50 rounds); a quantity of 100 18 inch barrel squeegee's; a quantity of 20 V-force mark, v- force goggle with anti-fog, color black. I f selected, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award at the time of selection. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ. The following provisions and clauses apply: Far Clauses 52.202-1, 52.203-5, 52.203-6, 52.203-7, 52.204-3, 52.211-5, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 must accompany your offer, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.225-13, 52.232-1, 52.233-4, 52.243-1, 52.244-6, DFAR Clauses 252.212 -7000, 252.212-7001, and 252.232-7003.
