- Modern Technologies Corporation Competition no: A2005_06TCSL In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003, the Army Contracting Agency (ACA) Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) announces the results of the A-76 Streamlined Competition in support of Managerial, Programmatic Planning, Coordination and Synchronization Services performed by Modern Technologies Corporation, located in Dayton, OH for Headquarters U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Science & Technolo gy (S&T) Division, Futures Center, located at Fort Monroe, VA. The Streamlined Competition Form (SLCF) was completed on August 4 2005, and disclosed that performance by Government personnel is more cost effective than performance by private industry pe rsonnel. Accordingly, the Contracting Officer shall execute a letter of obligation with the official responsible for performing the commercial activity. In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised), no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined c ompetition. The SLCF shall be made available to the public, upon request.
