SIZE/DIMENSIONS: 9 X 9 X 4 inches (approx), 8.5 ? 9.01 lbs.; PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: Steel/aluminum alloy; FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: Proportional control incorporative a butterfly valve. It is mounted on forward fan duct at 3 o?clock position. It controls augmenter fuel pump speed in response to signals from the Digital Electronic Engine Control (DEEC) by varying turbine air. Anticipated Solicitation issue date: 26 Aug 05. Anticipated award date: 28 Nov 05. The solicitation will be posted to FBO. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. Qualification requirements exist. The government does not own the drawings for this item to qualify sources. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs).
