Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the VA Santa Barbara Community Based Outpatient clinic (CBOC), 4440 Calle Real, Goleta, CA 93110. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The contract effective period shall be for a base year, 10-1-05 through 9-30-06, with four (4) one (1) year option renewal periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8-26-05, with quotes due by 9-19-05. A one-time pre-award site visit for interested offerors is scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Santa Barbara CBOC. See Government-wide Numbered Notes 1.
