- The U.S. Department of State has a requirement for Lotus Notes software and maintenance service for one year. The Department is seeking to identify qualified vendors capable of providing software and maintenance services for the following: (1) Government Domino Enterprize Per Processor Lic/Sub/Sup/Lev-Gov 1A PTS 10, D51NRLL-GOV, QTY: 2; (2) Government Notes w/ Collaboration Lic/Sub/Sup 1A 0.62PTS, D5CS2LL-GOV, QTY: 430. Maintenance period will start on date of award. This request for quote is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All bidders MUST submit their quote via fax on 703 875-6085 or email BarnesBL2@state.gov by close of business September 2, 2005 in order to be considered for award. NO EXCEPTIONS. Offerors quoting the product that are not an authorized distributor of the product (IBM) MUST submit a signed letter from the manufacturer, which is, IBM, stating the following: Manufacturer, has agreed to supply the product to Your Company for the purpose of providing the supplies to the DoS. Letter MUST be on the manufacturer company letterhead and submitted prior to the closing date.
