- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The FBI intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Stellent Chicago, Inc for 4 OI Transformation Servers with Search Export-Search ML and 1 yr maintenance. Requirements include 1) SOAP interface; 2) Software Development Kit and Application Program Intergace supporting the Java and C programming languages; 3) Batch capability; 4) Support for common file formats, e.g., >200 different formats such as pDF, MS word; 5) Content output and presentation data and metadata separated into clean structure such as in normalized XML output documents or HTML formates (specifiable); 6) Designed to support a multi-user enterprise architecture (rather than a single user desktop application); 7) Content output format in xML; 8) Command line interface; 9) Able to identify hidden text in MS word documents; 10) UTF8 support; 11) Support for compressed and unencoded documents; 12) Automatically detect file protection mechanisms e.g., password protected files, encrypted files; 13) Sun Solaris OS support; 14) Plug in to other library processes. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued as a result of this announcement.
