- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement to ILC for an Upgrade and Silver Software Maintenance Plan and Domestic Integration and Test Services. The maintenance of this software will be for a one-year period. ILC is the manufacturer of the ILC Maxview software currently being utilized by the FBI. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be issued as a result of this announcement.
