Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to recharge and recondition approximately (NOT TO EXCEED) 650 batteries stored at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA. All work is to be done at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract.
