- This notice references and updates previous notice SP040505R3625; NPG05154001386 which contained 1 NSN for a Motor Torque, NSN 6105-00-906-1331. The solicitation was issued for an award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 151 each. The OEM and approved source of supply is Parker Hannifin Corp. (Cage 49695) PN: 71509. Required Delivery: phased delivery of 50 per month starting 240 Days ARO, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Specification, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 ( c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. The Government intends to place a delivery order for this requirement on a sole source basis against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
